  • Manage endpoint lifecycle tasks including purchasing recommendations, provisioning, hardware repair, inventory reconciliation, software deployment, remote remediation, storage cleanup, Windows Update recovery, and secure decommissioning.
  • Translate business and security requirements into practical technical controls, coordinate with leadership and vendors, document implementation and rollback steps, and verify production results before closing changes.

Enterprise BitLocker Rollout

Deployed silent TPM-based encryption through Intune with 48-digit recovery passwords backed up to Entra ID; validated TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, WinRE, encryption state, and recovery-key availability before broader deployment.

Phishing-Resistant MFA

Implemented FIDO2 security keys and passkeys, configured authentication methods, reviewed device AAGUID behavior, resolved registration failures, and aligned deployment decisions with Conditional Access requirements.

Defender and Action1 Integration
